في إطار حرص وزارة السياحة والآثار ممثلة في قطاع الأنشطة السياحية والمكاتب الداخلية على التأكد من حصول البازارات التي تقوم ببيع المنتجات السياحية على ترخيص من الوزارة حتى يتسنى متابعة أنشطتها والتأكد من جودة الخدمة والمنتج المقدم للسائحين، حصل ١٨٠ بازاراً خلال عام ٢٠٢٠ على مستوى الجمهورية وبشكل خاص في محافظة البحر الأحمر على ترخيص سياحي.
وأوضحت الأستاذة سامية سامي رئيس قطاع الأنشطة السياحية والمكاتب الداخلية بالوزارة أن هذه البازارات حصلت على التراخيص السياحية بعد أن قامت بتوفيق أوضاعها وتقدمت للوزارة بطلبات للحصول على الترخيص نظراً لقيامهم ببيع منتجات سياحية حيث كانت تراخيصهم صادرة من المحافظة، لافته إلى أن عدد البازارات التي حصلت هذا العام على التراخيص السياحية يعتبر رقماً جيداً مقارنة بالسنوات السابقة ولاسيما في ظل تداعيات أزمة فيروس كورونا المستجد.
وقد قامت الوزارة بعدد من الحملات التوعوية للبازارات بالمحافظات المختلفة عن أهمية الترخيص السياحي ومميزاته، وتعريفهم بالتيسيرات التي تقدمها الوزارة للحصول على الترخيص.
كما قامت الوزارة بتبسيط هذه الاجراءات وجعلت التقدم بطلب الحصول على الترخيص السياحي واستيفاء كافة الأوراق من خلال مكاتبها السياحية بالمحافظات المختلفة، على أن يكون الحصول على الترخيص فقط من ديوان عام الوزارة بالقاهرة.
وفي سياق متصل، تستمر الوزارة في إيفاد لجان للمرور والتفتيش على البازارات السياحية على مستوى الجمهورية وفقاً لخطة مُعتمدة، للتأكد من مزاولتها النشاط السياحي ورصد المُخالفات وتقنين أوضاعهم حيث قامت هذه اللجان بالمرور والتفتيش على 50 بازار في نطاق محافظتي القاهرة والجيزة خلال الفترة الماضية، وقد تم رصد بعض المخالفات التي تم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة تجاهها.
180 bazaars obtained a tourist license in 2020
The Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, represented by the tourism activities sector and internal offices, ensures that bazaars that sell tourism products obtain a license from the ministry in order to follow up on their work and ensure the quality of service and product provided to tourists. 180 bazaars acquired this license in 2020 in the Red Sea.
Samia Sami, head of the tourism activities sector and interior offices at the ministry, explained that these bazaars obtained tourist licenses after they adjusted the standards of the services they provide and submitted requests to the ministry for the license. She said that the number of bazaars that obtained tourist licenses is good compared to previous years, especially in light of the repercussions of the Corona virus crisis.
The Ministry has carried out a number of awareness campaigns for the bazaars in different governorates about the importance of the tourism license and its advantages, and familiarized them with the facilities provided by the ministry to obtain the license.
The Ministry has also simplified these procedures and made the application to obtain a tourist license east and to complete all papers through its tourist offices in the various governorates swift, provided that obtaining the license is only from the Ministry’s Office in Cairo.
The Ministry continues to send committees to follow up on tourist bazaars according to an approved plan, to ensure that they engage in proper tourism activities, monitor violations and legalize their status. These committees have inspected 50 bazaars in Cairo and Giza during the last period.
