عُقد اليوم اجتماع مجلس إدارة المجلس الأعلى للآثار، برئاسة الدكتور خالد العناني وزير السياحة والآثار، بمقر الوزارة بالزمالك، حيث تم اتخاذ عدد من القرارات لتطوير الخدمات المقدمة للزائرين بالمتاحف والمواقع الأثرية، ورفع الوعي السياحي والأثري لدى الشعب المصري، وتنشيط حركة السياحة الثقافية.
وجاء من أهم هذه القرارات الموافقة على استمرار الأسعار المخفضة لتصاريح الزيارة السنوية لطلاب المدارس والجامعات والزائرين من المصريين والعرب المقيمين بنفس أسعارها التحفيزية لتشجيعهم على زيارة المتاحف والمواقع الأثرية المفتوحة للزيارة، وخاصة الطلاب من جميع المراحل التعليمية لربطهم ببلدهم وحضارتها العريقة، مع تعديلات بسيطة في أسعار تذاكر زيارة المصريين لبعض المتاحف والمناطق الأثرية.
وأوضح الدكتور مصطفى وزيري الأمين العام للمجلس الأعلى للآثار، أن تصاريح الزيارة السنوية تتضمن ثلاثة أنواع هي تصاريح زيارة للمصريين والعرب المقيمين بتكلفة ٤٠٠ جنية سنويا، وتصاريح لطلاب المدارس الحكومية والخاصة والدولية بكافة المراحل التعليمية بتكلفة ٥٠ جنية سنويا، وتصاريح لطلاب الجامعات من المصريين والعرب المقيمين بتكلفة ١٢٥ جنيه سنويا، والتي تسمح لحاملها زيارة جميع المتاحف والمواقع الأثرية المفتوحة للزيارة ماعدا زيارة مقابر كل من الملك ستي الأول والملك توت عنخ آمون والملك رمسيس الثاني بوادي الملوك ومقبرة الملكة نفرتاري بوادي الملكات بالبر الغربي بالأقصر وأهرامات الجيزة من الداخل، والمتحف القومي للحضارة المصرية بالفسطاط، والمتحف المصري الكبير بالرماية.
وفي إطار حرص وزارة السياحة والآثار للارتقاء بمستوى الخدمات المقدمة لزائري المتاحف والمناطق الأثرية والعمل على تطويرها، وافق مجلس إدارة المجلس الآعلى للآثار على طلب الرعاية المقدم من البنك الأهلي المصري لتوفير وتطوير الخدمات المقدمة للزائرين والسائحين ببعض المتاحف والمواقع الأثرية بمبلغ وقيمته عشرين مليون جنيها مصرياً، وذلك في إطار بروتوكول التعاون الموقع بين المجلس الأعلى للآثار والبنك الأهلي المصري.
تجدر الإشارة إلى أن البنك الأهلي المصري سبق وقام برعاية تطوير الخدمات ببعض المواقع الأثرية بمبلغ وقدره ثمانية مليون جنيه.
ولدعم القطاع السياحي والعاملين به وتخفيف الآثار الاقتصادية الناتجة عن أزمة جائحة فيروس كورونا المستجد، وافق مجلس الإدارة اليوم على الاستمرار في تقديم الإعفاء التام من القيمة الإيجارية لمستأجري البازارات والكافيتريات بالمتاحف والمواقع الأثرية التابعة للمجلس الاعلى للآثار، وذلك عن شهري مايو ويونية ٢٠٢١م، كما تم أيضا التأكيد على القرار السابق لمجلس الإدارة بمنح تخفض بنسبة ٥٠٪ على أسعار تذاكر الأجانب الكاملة لتكون بسعر الطالب الأجنبي وذلك بالمناطق والمتاحف الأثرية المفتوحة للزيارة في محافظات قنا والأقصر وأسوان خلال شهر يونية و يولية وأغسطس، تشجيعا لحركة السياحة الثقافية في الصعيد خلال فترة الصيف.

The Board of the Supreme Council of Antiquities approves the continuation of reducing annual visiting permits prices to museums and archaeological sites open for visits for Egyptians
A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Supreme Council of Antiquities, headed by Dr. Khaled El-Enany, Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, was held today at the ministry’s headquarters in Zamalek, where a number of decisions were taken to develop the services presented to visitors heading to museums and archaeological sites, raise tourism and archaeological awareness among the Egyptian people, and stimulate the movement of cultural tourism.
One of the most important of these decisions was the approval of the continuation of the reduced prices of annual visiting permits for students of schools, universities, and Egyptian and Arab visitors and residents to encourage them to visit museums and archaeological sites open to visitors, especially students from all educational levels to connect them with their country and their ancient civilization, making only minor adjustments in the prices of tickets for Egyptians to visit some museums and archaeological areas.
Dr. Mustafa Waziri, Secretary-General of the Supreme Council of Antiquities, explained that the annual visit permits include three types: visiting permits for Egyptians and Arabs residing at a cost of 400 pounds per year, permits for students of public, private and international schools at all educational levels at a cost of 50 pounds per year, and permits for Egyptian and Arab university students residing at a cost of 125 pounds per year, which allows the holder to visit all museums and archaeological sites open to visitors except the tombs of King Siti I, King Tutankhamun and King Ramses II in the Valley of kings and Queen Nefertari’s Cemetery located In the Valley of the Queens on the western mainland of Luxor and the Pyramids of Giza from inside within, the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization in Fustat, and the Great Egyptian Museum of Archery.
As part of the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities’s keenness to upgrade the level of services provided to visitors of museums and archaeological areas and their work to develop them, the Board of Directors of the Supreme Council of Antiquities approved the sponsorship proposal provided by the National Bank of Egypt to provide and develop services provided to visitors and tourists in some museums and archaeological sites with a budget of 20 million Egyptian pounds, within the framework of the protocol of cooperation signed between the Supreme Council of Antiquities and the National Bank of Egypt.
NBE has also previously sponsored the development of services at some archaeological sites with a budget of 8 million pounds.
And To support the tourism sector and its employees and mitigate the economic effects of the emerging pandemic crisis, the Board of Directors today agreed to continue to provide full exemption from the rental value of bazaar tenants and cafeterias in museums and archaeological sites under the Supreme Council of Antiquities. For May and June 2021, and as an assurance for the previous decision, the board also decided to grant a 50% reduction in the prices of tickets for foreigners to be at the price range of foreign students visiting areas and archaeological museums open to visitors in the provinces of Qena, Luxor and Aswan during the month of June, July and August, to encourage cultural tourism in Upper Egypt during the summer period.
