وقد تم الانتهاء بالكامل من أعمال المرحلة الأولى لتطوير المرسي ، وجاري حالياً إستكمال أعمال التطوير بالمرحلة الثانية للمرسي . حيث أشار الوزير إلى أنه سيتم تشكيل لجنة هندسية لمتابعة آلية إجراءات تسلم المرسى بمرحلتيه خلال الأيام القليلة القادمة.
وخلال الجولة أكد الوزير على أهمية تمهيد المرسى وتوفير وسائل الراحة للسائحين، وإضافة كافة الإمكانات لإتاحة وتسهيل وصول ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وأمتعتهم حتى مستوى رسو الفنادق العائمة .
وأوضحت الأستاذة سامية سامي الوكيل الدائم للوزارة أن أعمال تطوير المرسى تتم بالتعاون مع الهيئة الهندسية للقوات المسلحة، لافتة إلى أن المرسى يبلغ طوله الإجمالى 1200 متر ، ومجهز بالعدد المناسب من السلالم والمنازل موزعة كل ٢٠٠ متر، ويبلغ طول المرحلة الاولى 450 م وقد بدأت أعمال تطويرها في سبتمبر ٢٠٢٠ ، وأضافت أن المرحلة الثانية يبلغ طولها 750 م وجارى الإنتهاء من تطويرها .
ويتوافق مشروع التطوير مع الرؤية البصرية لمحافظة الأقصر بما يتضمنه من رفع كفاءة الواجهات والأرضيات ووحدات الإضاءة وتنسيق الموقع ، كما يشمل أيضاً تطوير أكشاك البازارات وواجهات المحلات الموجوده بالمرسي لتقديم أفضل مستوى من الخدمات السياحية بها .
هذا فضلاً عما تضمنته أعمال التطوير من رفع كفاءة السلالم والمنازل لتسهيل الوصول الى الفنادق العائمة
ورفع كفاءة الخدمات والمرافق ومتطلبات الحماية المدنية.
Dr. Khaled El-Enany visits the ministry’s tourist marina in Luxor
During his visit to the governorates of Luxor and Sohag, Dr. Khaled El Enany, Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, visited today, the tourist marina of the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities in Luxor, to oversea the progress of work. He was accompanied by Dr. Mostafa Waziry, Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Antiquities, and Mr. Mahmoud Hassani, Director of the Ministry’s office in Luxor.
The first development phase of the marina has been completed, and work of the second phase is currently underway. The minister indicated that an engineering committee will be formed to follow up on the the delivery of the marina after its two phases are complete within the next few days.
During the tour, the Minister stressed the importance of paving the marina and providing amenities for tourists, and adding all facilities to provide and facilitate access for people with special needs and their luggage up to the level of mooring of floating hotels.
Samia Sami, the permanent representative of the ministry, explained that the development work of the marina is carried out in cooperation with the Engineering Authority for the Armed Forces, pointing out that it has a total length of 1,200 meters, and is equipped with the appropriate number of stairs and houses distributed every 200 meters, and the length of the first stage is 450 m when the development works began. In September 2020, a second level was added which was is 750 meters long and its development is underway.
The development project is in line with the project of upgrading the visual identity of Luxor, which includes raising the efficiency of facades, floors, lighting units, and coordinating the site, as well as developing bazaars and storefronts in the marina to provide the best level of tourism services there.
The development work included raising the efficiency of stairs and houses to facilitate access to floating hotels and raising the efficiency of services, facilities and fire safety requirements.
