وأوضح أشرف محي الدين مدير عام آثار الهرم، ان الزيارة شملت هرم خوفو ومنطقة تمثال ابو الهول، حيث أعربوا عن سعادتهم بزيارة الاهرامات أحد أهم المعالم الأثرية في العالم و خاصة هرم خوفو العجيبة الوحيدة الباقية من عجائب العالم القديم.
Vice President of the International Shooting Federation and members of the India and Czech Shooting Teams visit the Giza Pyramids
Egypt is hosting the ISSF World Cup Shotgun tournament from 22 February -5 March; and today the Pyramids of Giza received Mr. Gary Anderson, Vice President of the International Shooting Federation, his wife, and members of the India and Czech Shooting Teams participating in the tournament competitions. while adhering to the precautionary measures and health safety controls established for visiting archaeological sites and museums in Egypt.
Ashraf Mohi El-Din, Director of the Pyramid Antiquities area, explained that the visit included the Pyramid of Khufu and the Sphinx. He said that they expressed their happiness at seeing one of the most important monuments in the world, especially Khufu, one of the remaining wonders of the ancient world.
