استقبل وزير السياحة والآثار، سفيرة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية بالقاهرة، وذلك لبحث تعزيز سبل التعاون بين البلدين على المستوى السياحي والأثري، وفي مجال التدريب لرفع وتعزيز كفاءة العاملين بالوزارة، ومناقشة فرص الاستثمار السياحي في مصر.

جاء ذلك في إطار حرص الوزارة على تعزيز التعاون وتبادل الخبرات في مجال السياحة والآثار مع مختلف دول العالم، وجذب وتشجيع الاستثمار على أرض مصر وخاصة مشاركة القطاع الخاص في المشروعات المختلفة بقطاع السياحة والآثار.

The Minister of Tourism and Antiquities received the Ambassador of the United States of America in Cairo, to discuss ways to enhance cooperation between the two countries in the tourism and archaeological sector.

They also discussed cooperation in training to enhance the efficiency of the Ministry’s employees, and to discuss tourism investment opportunities in Egypt.

This came within the framework of the Ministry’s keenness to enhance cooperation and exchange experiences in the field of tourism and antiquities with various countries, and to attract and encourage investment in Egypt, especially the participation of the private sector in various projects in the tourism and antiquities sector.
