وقد استقبلهم الدكتور أسامة فريد مدير عام المتحف، واصطحبهم في جولة داخل المتحف، وقدم لهم شرح وافي عن المتحف وسيناريو العرض به، عن أهم المقتنيات والقطع الأثرية بالمتحف.
أعرب أعضاء الوفد عن بالغ سعادتهم بهذه الزيارة وحسن الإستقبال، وانبهارهم بقاعة العالم الآخر الموجودة بالمتحف والتي تحتوي على أحد المومياوات وبعض القطع الجنائزية.
Kafr El Sheikh Museum received a multinational delegation of American University faculty members residing in Egypt.
Dr. Osama Farid, Director General of the Museum, received them, accompanied them on a tour inside the museum, and gave them a full explanation of the museum and the scenario of display in it, about the most important holdings and artifacts in the museum.
The members of the delegation expressed their great happiness with this visit and the good reception, and their amazement at the Hall of the Other World in the museum, which contains a mummy and some funeral pieces.
