استكمالا للاجتماعات التنسيقية والجهود المشتركة لوزارتى السياحة والآثار والطيران المدني فى محافظة البحر الأحمر، وبعد الانتهاء من زيارة مدينة الغردقة أمس، توجه الدكتور خالد العناني وزير السياحة والآثار، والطيار محمد منار وزير الطيران المدني إلى مدينة مرسي علم حيث عقدا اجتماعا موسعا مع المستثمرين السياحيين بالمدينة للاستماع إلى مشاكلهم وآرائهم ومقترحاتهم لدعم القطاع السياحي ودفع الحركة السياحية إلى المدينة.
وفى بداية الاجتماع استهل المستثمرون كلمتهم بالترحيب بالوزيرين، معربين عن سعادتهم بهذه الزيارة التى وجدوا فيها اهتماما كبيرا من قبل قطاعى السياحة والطيران لما تمتلكه المدينة من مقومات سياحية جاذبة وكذلك حرص الجانبين على التنسيق والتكامل من أجل تحقيق الأهداف التنموية التى تتناسب مع طبيعتها الجغرافية المتميزة، وكذا قدرتها على جذب العديد من الاستثمارات وزيادة الحركة السياحية الوافدة إليها، منوهين على انه منذ عام ٢٠٠٧ لم يزور مرسي علم وزيرا للسياحة.
وخلال الاجتماع، الذي استمر قرابة الأربع ساعات، استمع الوزيران لكافة المشاكل والتحديات التي يواجها القطاع السياحى بمدينة مرسي علم فضلاً عن مطالب ومقترحات المستثمرين، والتى منها تواجد فريق طبي دائم بالمدينة لإجراء فحوصات ال PCR للسائحين عند المغادرة.
وأكد الدكتور خالد العناني أن الدولة لا تدخر جهدا للوقوف بجانب القطاع ودعمها له، كما استعرض الوزير كافة القرارات والإجراءات والإعفاءات والتحفيزات التي منحتها الدولة لدعم القطاع خلال أزمة جائحة فيروس كورونا، مشيراً إلى أنه سيتم التنسيق مع وزارة الصحة والسكان من أجل تقديم أفضل الخدمات والتسهيلات اللازمة، موضحًا أن وزارة الصحة لم تدخر جهدا بالتعاون مع مختلف وزارات الدولة ، بتوفير الأطقم الطبية في المنافذ السياحية والمطارات المصرية ، بناءً على توجيهات الحكومة المصرية ،حيث أن بعض الدول تلزم السائحين عند العودة لبلادهم بفحوصات طبية معينة ومنها تحليل pcr وذلك عند المغادرة، مضيفًا أنه تم توفير مقر الهيئة المصرية العامة للتنشيط السياحي التابع للوزارة في مدينة الغردقة بصفة مؤقتة، لعمل الفحوصات، للحد من التكدس بالمطارات وذلك فى ضوء تطبيق الإجراءات الاحترازية .
ومن جانبه أكد الطيار محمد منار وزير الطيران المدنى أن وزارة الطيران تحرص دائما على تعزيز التعاون الفعال بين القطاعين العام والخاص من أجل تحفيز الحركة الجوية وتقديم منتجات وبرامج سياحية جاذبة وجديدة بالإضافة إلى سعيها الدائم نحو إيجاد حلول مبتكرة وحديثة تتماشى مع رؤية الدولة المصرية نحو تحقيق طفرة تنموية من خلال استقطاب المزيد من الانماط السياحية وبما يثمن المكانة المتميزة التى تحظى بها مصر كمقصد سياحى هام بين دول العالم.
وأوضح منار أنه قد تم تخفيض أسعار تذاكر الطيران إلى مدينة مرسي علم لتصل إلى ٢٠٠٠ جنيه كسعر موحد للذهاب والعودة شامل الضرائب وذلك في إطار مبادرة (شتي في مصر) لتنشيط الحركة السياحية الوافدة إلى المدينة، مشيراً بأنه سيتم دراسة كافة المقترحات والمتطلبات التى ناقشها الاجتماع ومنها دراسة إمكانية استمرار تخفيض أسعار تذاكر الطيران بعد انتهاء المبادرة في ٢٨ فبراير الجارى، وكذا إمكانية الاستمرار فى تقديم عدة تسهيلات وحوافز هادفة من خلال حزم ترويجية وتسويقية جديدة تسهم فى توفير بيئة استثمارية جاذبة بما يعزز نمو اقتصاديات الدولة المصرية.
The Ministers of Tourism and Antiquities and Civil Aviation with tourism investors in Marsa Alam
After their visit to Hurghada yesterday, Dr. Khaled El-Enany, Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, and Pilot Mohamed Manar, Minister of Civil Aviation, went to the city of Marsa Alam, where they held an meeting with tourism investors in the city to hear their opinions and proposals to support the tourism sector and boost tourism to the city.
At the beginning of the meeting, the investors welcomed the two ministers, and expressed their happiness with the visit, which illustrates their support to the city which would achieve development goals that coincide with Marsa Alam’s distinct geographical nature, as well as its ability to attract many investments and increase the inbound tourism. They stated that no tourism minister has visited the city since 2007.
During the meeting, which lasted nearly four hours, the two ministers listened to all the problems and challenges facing the tourism sector in Marsa Alam, as well as the demands and suggestions of investors, which include the presence of a permanent medical team in the city to conduct PCR tests for tourists upon departure.
Dr. Khaled El-Enany stressed that the state spares no effort to stand by the sector and support it, and the minister also reviewed all decisions, procedures, exemptions and incentives granted by the state to support the sector during the pandemic, indicating that coordination will be made with the Ministry of Health and Population in order to provide the best services and necessary facilities. He explained that the Ministry of Health has spared no effort, in cooperation with various state ministries, to provide medical teams at tourist ports and Egyptian airports, based on the directives of the Egyptian government, as some countries require tourists when returning to their countries to perform certain medical examinations, including a pcr test upon departure. He also added that the office of the Egyptian Tourism Promotion Board of the Ministry has been temporarily made available in Hurghada, to carry out tests, to reduce congestion at airports, in light of the implementation of the precautionary measures.
Pilot Mohamed Manar, Minister of Civil Aviation, affirmed that the Ministry of Aviation is always keen to enhance effective cooperation between the public and private sectors in order to stimulate air traffic and provide attractive, new tourism products and programs. In addition to the Ministry’s endeavor to find innovative and modern solutions in line with the Egyptian state’s vision towards achieving a breakthrough development through attracting more tourism patterns and appreciating the distinguished position that Egypt enjoys as an important tourist destination among the countries of the world.
Manar clarified that the prices of airline tickets to the city of Marsa Alam have been reduced to reach 2000 pounds as a unified price for going and returning, including taxes, as part of the initiative (“Winter in Egypt”) to activate the tourist movement coming to the city, indicating that all proposals and requirements discussed by the meeting will be studied, including the possibility of continuing to reduce airline ticket prices after the end of the initiative on February 28, as well as the possibility of continuing to provide several targeted facilities and incentives through new promotional and marketing packages that contribute to providing an attractive investment environment in a way that enhances the growth of the Egyptian state’s economies.
