استقبل المهندس طارق الملا وزير البترول والثروة المعدنية كل من الدكتور خالد العنانى وزير السياحة والاثار والطيار محمد منار عنبة وزير الطيران المدنى حيث عقدوا الاجتماع الثالث بمقر وزارة البترول والثروة المعدنية لمناقشة عدد من الموضوعات الهامة التى تدعم القطاع السياحى وتحفز نشاط الطيران، وذلك فى ضوء حرص الدولة على تقديم الدعم المستمر لقطاع السياحة وسعياً للحفاظ على مكانة مصر على خريطة السياحة العالمية .
وأوضح المهندس طارق الملا أن هذا الاجتماع يأتى فى إطار جهود الدولة لدعم القطاعات الاقتصادية الهامة والعمل على تذليل التحديات التى تواجهها ، مشيراً إلى أن قطاعى السياحة والطيران من القطاعات الاقتصادية الحيوية التى تأثرت بشكل مباشر من جائحة فيروس كورونا المستجد ، وأضاف أن هناك تنسيق مستمر وتعاون كامل بين الوزارات الثلاث لدعم هذه الأنشطة ، مشيراً إلى أنه تم خلال الاجتماع استعراض عدد من المقترحات والمبادرات الجديدة التى سيتم دراستها وبحث آليات تنفيذها خلال الفترة القادمة لدعم برنامج تحفيز الطيران للمقاصد السياحية المصرية.
وخلال الاجتماع استعرض الدكتور خالد العنانى الإجراءات والحوافز التي قدمتها الدولة لمساندة القطاع السياحى لمجابهة تداعيات فيروس كورونا المستجد ، مثمناً علي جهود ودعم وزارة البترول لزيادة الحركة السياحية الوافدة إلى مصر من خلال مبادرتها بمنح تخفيضات إضافية على سعر الوقود الخاص بالطيران لتصل القيمة الإجمالية للتخفيض إلى 10 سنت على الجالون للمقاصد السياحية إلى البحر الأحمر وجنوب سيناء والأقصر وأسوان، والتى تم تطبيقها مطلع مايو الماضى، خاصة وأن نشاط الطيران يُعد أحد العوامل المؤثرة فى القطاع السياحى . هذا بالاضافة الى التخفيضات التي قدمتها وزارة الطيران علي رسوم الهبوط والايواء والمغادرة والخدمات الأرضية، بالاضافة الى تخفيض رسوم التأشيرة السياحية، و ذلك إلى المدن السياحية.
ومن جانبه أشاد الطيار محمد منار بجهود ودعم وزارة البترول المستمر لقطاع الطيران ، ونجاحه فى توفير وقود الطائرات بمختلف مطارات مصر ، وأن هناك تنسيقاً مستمراً بين الوزارتين فى هذا المجال .
حضر الاجتماع المهندس عابد عز الرجل الرئيس التنفيذي لهيئة للبترول والطيار منتصر مناع نائب وزير الطيران والمحاسب خالد عثمان نائب رئيس هيئة البترول للتجارة الداخلية والمهندس محمود ناجى معاون وزير البترول للنقل والتوزيع ويمنى البجار مساعد وزير السياحة والاثار و عدد من قيادات الوزارات الثلاثة.
A trilateral meeting between the ministers of Tourism & Antiquities, Petroleum and Mineral Resources and Civil aviation to support the tourism sector
Engineer Tarek Al-Mulla, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, received Dr. Khaled El Enany, Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, and Pilot Mohamed Manar Enaba, Minister of Civil Aviation. The three ministers discussed a number of important issues to support the tourism sector and work on increasing aviation activity, in light of the state’s continuous support to the tourism sector, in an effort to maintain Egypt’s position as a desired travel destination.
Engineer Tarek Al-Mulla explained that this meeting comes within the framework of the state’s efforts to support the important economic sectors and work to overcome challenges. He said that the tourism and aviation sectors are among the vital economic sectors that have been directly affected by the Coronavirus pandemic. He emphasized that there is continuous coordination and full cooperation between the three ministries. He added that during the meeting, a number of new proposals and initiatives were reviewed, which would be studied, in addition to the mechanisms for their implementation during the coming period to support the Egypt’s aviation incentive program.
During the meeting, Dr. Khaled El-Enany reviewed the measures and incentives provided by the state to support the tourism sector to overcome the repercussions of the Novel Coronavirus. He applauded the efforts and support of the Ministry of Petroleum to increase tourism movement coming to Egypt through its initiative to grant additional reductions on the price of aviation fuel to bring the total value of the reduction to 10 cents per gallon for tourist destinations in the Red Sea, South Sinai, Luxor and Aswan, which was applied last May. This is in addition to the reductions provided by the Ministry of Civil Aviation on landing, housing and ground handling fees. In addition to exemption of tourist visa fees for tourists arriving directly to touristic governorates.
Pilot Mohamed Manar praised the efforts and continuous support of the Ministry of Petroleum for the civil aviation sector, and providing aviation fuel at various Egyptian airports. He added that there is continuous coordination between the two ministries in this field.
The meeting was attended by Eng. Abed Ezz Al-Regl, Executive President of the Petroleum Authority and Pilot Montaser Manna, Deputy Minister of Aviation and Accountant Khaled Othman, Deputy Chairman of the Petroleum Authority for Internal Trade, Eng. Mahmoud Nagy, Assistant Minister of Petroleum for Transport and Distribution, Yomna Al-Bahar, Assistant to the Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, and a number of officials from the three ministries.
