The National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA) has launched My NTRA, an interactive mobile application that facilitates access to telecommunication services for mobile phone users, individuals and corporates.
My NTRA is one of the top applications worldwide in terms of the services it offers to end-users. The application facilitates access to telecommunication services without the need to contact Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) call centers or visit their stores.
The application was launched due to the huge number of complaints and requests that NTRA received from users. Launching the application reflects NTRA keenness to facilitate users’ access to telecommunication services and enhance communication with users. It is also in line with the state’s efforts to achieve the digital transformation.
