The Minister of Communications and Information Technology Amr Talaat has met with the Chief Operating Officer at Contentsquare Nicolas Fritz in Paris, France. They focused on the French new center of excellence (CoE) in Egypt, which will serve as a center for innovation and export of Contentsquare services to its customers worldwide.
The meeting reviewed the competitive advantages that promotes Egypt’s abilities to develop global leadership in outsourcing and be the focal point of international companies operating in IT, outsourcing, and offshoring services, especially with the availability of a skilled talent pool.
The meeting was attended by Contentsquare Vice President and General Manager in the Middle East Ahmad Salama.
Contentsquare is a global leader in digital experience intelligence and analytics. It provides a platform based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to enable organizations, companies, and governments to provide better experiences on their main digital channels, including websites and applications.
The company has 16 offices worldwide, over 1,000 customers from major institutions, and more than one million customers from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). It aims at increasing its business in new global markets.
The ICT Minister also met with Chief Operating Officer at Atos Group Laurent Barbet and various officials from the company. They discussed enhancing and increasing the volume of investments of Atos in Egypt, in light of the company’s desire to increase the volume of its business in Egypt and the availability of digital competencies.
The meeting delved into enhancing cooperation in implementing programs to build digital capabilities in several disciplines to provide the required competencies to serve Atos clients in Europe and the Middle East from Egypt.
Via videoconference, the meeting was attended by the General Manager of Atos in Egypt Ahmad Elharany.
Atos is a global leader in digital transformation and one of the largest companies specializing in cybersecurity, cloud computing, and high-performance computing. It provides tailored end-to-end solutions for all industries in 71 countries.
In a similar vein, Talaat held a meeting with the Managing Director of P3-Group Robert Rendl. They discussed enhancing Egypt’s capabilities in embedded software in the automotive industry by attracting major manufacturers based on an integrated ecosystem that includes providing the necessary infrastructure and trained human calibers.
P3-Group is an independent and international consulting company in various fields, including the automotive industry. It is developing innovative tech solutions focusing on the latest technologies. It also provides specialized technical and commercial consulting services in several areas, especially in the automotive industry.
The meetings were attended by the CEO of the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) Ahmed Elzaher and the Assistant ICT Minister for Strategy and Implementation Sherine El-Guindy.
The meetings come as part of the ICT Minister’s visit to Paris to participate in Viva Technology (VivaTech) on behalf of the President of the Republic. The visit also includes holding other bilateral meetings with government officials and officials from French ICT companies to discuss cooperation and investment opportunities in the ICT sector.
