انتهت وزارة السياحة والآثار من أعمال المرحلة الأولى من مشروع تحديث وتطوير أنظمة الإضاءة الليلية بشارع المعز وجميع المبانى الأثرية به، وذلك في اطار حرص الوزارة على تطوير المناطق الأثرية وإبراز المواطن الفنية بها.وأشار العميد مهندس هشام سمير مساعد الوزير للشئون الهندسية والمشرف العام على مشروع القاهرة التاريخية، إلى ان المرحلة الأولى للمشروع والتي انتهت بالكامل اشتملت تركيب وتحديث أنظمة الإضاءة الخاصة بالشارع التاريخي، فيما تتضمن المرحلة الثانية الجاري تنفيذها ٠الآن تركيب نوعية معينة من كشافات الإضاءة للواجهات وساحات الأبنية الأثرية بشارع المعز لإبراز جمالياتها وأبعادها الفنية.
وأوضح ان نظام إضاءة واجهات الأبنية الأثرية بالشارع تتم وفقا لطبيعة كل مبنى، حيث أنه تم استخدام الكشافات الغاطسة في الأرض وكذلك البارزة في بعض الأماكن أمام جدران واجهة كل مبنى، وإضائتها بدرجة من درجات اللون الأبيض الدافئ، كما تم تجنب وضع الكشافات على الواجهات للحافظ على انسيابية شكلها التراثي.
وأضاف مساعد الوزير والمشرف العام على القاهرة التاريخية، ان المشروع يتضمن أيضا إضاءة المعالم الأثرية من الداخل بمواصفات خاصة تراعي المساحة وطبيعة كل بناية ومُقتنياته.
كما يتم مراعاة إستخدام نوعية مصابيح خاصة لا تسبب أى ضرر أو ارتفاع فى درجات الحرارة أثناء تشغيلها حتى لا تؤثر على الأثر.
وأشار العميد هشام، إلى أن إنارة المساجد ومآذنها تتطلب مواصفات وتقنيات مختلفة تتناسب مع طبيعتها ومحتوياتها، بهدف إبراز جماليات عمارتها، والحفاظ على طابعها التراثي وأجوائها الروحانية، ويتم توزيع أدوات الإنارة المختلفة وفق حسابات هندسية دقيقة لإبراز والتركيز على بعض التفاصيل الفنية الخاصة بفنون العمارة، كما تطلب إضاءة المآذن تصوراً خاصاً بها بحكم ارتفاعها واختلاف شكل عمارتها، حيث تم وضع الكشافات الغاطسة أسفل المآذن بدرجات ميل محسوبة.
The Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities has completed the work of the first phase of the project to upgrade and develop the night lighting systems in Al-Muizz Street and all its archaeological buildings. This project is part of the ministry’s plan to develop archaeological sites and highlight their artistic aspects.
Engineer Hisham Samir, Assistant Minister for Engineering Affairs and General Supervisor of the Historic Cairo Project, indicated that the first phase of the project, which has been completed, included the installation and modernization of the lighting systems of the historic street. He added that the second phase that is being implemented now includes the installation of a certain quality of lighting fixtures for the facades and yards of buildings in Al-Moez Street to highlight its aesthetics and artistic dimensions.
He explained that the lighting system for the facades of the ancient buildings on the street is done according to the nature of each building, as spotlights submerged in the ground while some are placed in front of the facade of each building were used with a degree of warm white color.
The Assistant Minister and General Supervisor of Historic Cairo added that the project also includes lighting the inside of the buildings with specifications that take into account the history and nature of each building and its belongings.
Taking into account the use of special lamps that do not cause any damage or high temperatures during their operation so as not to damage the buildings.
Engineer Hesham pointed out that the lighting of mosques and their minarets require different specifications and techniques that go with their nature and contents, in order to highlight the aesthetics of their architecture, and to preserve their historic characteristics and spiritual atmosphere. The different lighting tools are distributed according to precise engineering calculations to highlight and focus on some technical details of the architecture. The lighting of the minarets also required a special perception of them by virtue of their height and their different shape, as submersible searchlights were placed below the minarets with calculated degrees of inclination.
