– مصر مقصد سياحي آمن لسائحي العالم في ظل صرامة تطبيق ضوابط السلامة الصحية
– وصول نسب أعداد السائحين في شهر أبريل ٢٠٢١ إلى ما يقرب من ٥٠٪ من معدلات مثيلتها في عام ٢٠١٩
اختتم اليوم الدكتور خالد العناني وزير السياحة والآثار زيارته لإمارة دبي بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة للمشاركة في الملتقى العربي للسياحة والسفر ATM 2021) والذي يستمر خلال الفترة من 16-19 مايو الجاري، بعقد مجموعة من اللقاءات الإعلامية مع ممثلي أبرز الصحف والقنوات التليفزيونية ووكالات الأنباء العربية والدولية، من بينها وكالة أنباء رويترز، والاسوشييتد بريس (AP)، ووكالة الأنباء الفرنسية (AFP)، وسكاى نيوز، وقناة العربية، وDubai one ، وcnbc العربية، وشبكة أخبار CNN العالمية، وفوربز Forbes الأمريكية وغيرهم.
وخلال هذه اللقاءات، أكد الوزير على أهمية مشاركة مصر في هذا الملتقي مما يساهم في الترويج السياحي لمصر في السوق العربي والذي يتزامن مع قيام مصر بإطلاق حملة ترويجية بهذا السوق الهام لتشجيع حركة السياحة الوافدة منه خاصة في ظل الفتح التدريجي للسفر فى العديد من الدول العربية.
وأضاف ان هذه الزيارة تعتبر فرصة لاطلاع العالم وبالاخص العالم العربي عما تقوم به مصر خلال الفترة الحالية لمواجهة تداعيات أزمة فيروس كورونا وابراز الاجراءات الاحترازية الدقيقة التى تتخذها، حيث استعرض الوزير الجهود التي تبذلها الدولة المصرية لدعم القطاع السياحي من تداعيات هذه الأزمة لضمان سلامة العاملين بالقطاع والمواطنين والسائحين، ومنها التدابير التي تم اتخاذها لمواجهة هذه الأزمة من اجراءات احترازية وضوابط السلامة الصحية، وحرصها على تقديم التطعيم باللقاحات المضادة للفيروس.
وأكد على أن مصر تقوم بتحديث هذه الاجراءات والضوابط أولا بأول في مطاراتها وفنادقها ومنتجعاتها وأماكنها السياحية والأثرية بشكل منتظم، كما تقوم الوزارة بإيفاد لجان تفتيش دورية للتأكد من مدي التزام هذه المنشآت بتطبيق هذه الإجراءات مشيرا إلى أن هناك ما يقرب من 800 فندقاً سياحياً في مصر حصلوا على شهادة السلامة الصحية.
وتحدث عن التحسن التدريجي في حركة السياحة الوافدة إلى مصر ولا سيما منذ بداية العام الحالي حيث وصلت نسبة أعداد السائحين الوافدين إلى مصر من دول العالم في شهر أبريل 2021 إلى ما يقرب من 50% من مثيلتها في عام 2019 مما يؤكد على ثقة الدول التى استقبلت مصر سائحيها في المقصد السياحى المصري وأنه مقصد آمن ومتميز طوال العام حيث تمتلك مصر منتجات سياحية متنوعة ومختلفة يستطيع فيها السائح الاستمتاع بتجربة سياحية متميزة في أماكن مفتوحة وشمس دافئة ومناظر طبيعية وشواطئ خلابة ومتاحف ومواقع أثرية فريدة مع الالتزام بتطبيق ضوابط سلامة صحية صارمة.
وعن حركة السياحة البينية المزدوجة بين مصر ودولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، تحدث الوزير عن العلاقات الطيبة والوطيدة المتبادلة بين الدولتين على المستوى الرسمى والشعبي، آملا فى أن تشهد معدلات الحركة السياحية الوافدة من دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة إلى مصر زيادة خلال الفترة المقبلة.
وفي سؤال عن مقترحاته لتجاوز أزمة جائحة فيروس كورونا عالمياً، أكد الوزير على أهمية صياغة آليات واضحة وتحديد طرق مرنة لتسهيل تنقل المواطنين بين الدول لأغراض السياحة.
وأكد الوزير على جاهزية مصر ومقاصدها السياحية المختلفة لاستقبال السائحين من جميع دول العالم، وقدرتها على استيعاب استقبال أعداد أضعاف ما استقبلته بكثير، حيث تقوم الدولة المصرية حالياً بإعداد بنية تحتية سياحية قوية من افتتاح فـنادق ومـنتجعات سياحية جـديـدة، وإنشاء مدن سياحية كاملة جديدة لتكون مقصداً سياحياً يعمل طوال العام صيفاً وشتاءً مثل مدينة الجلالة على خليج السويس، ومدينة العالمين الجديدة، بالاضافة افتتاح العديد من المتاحف والمشاريع الأثرية الكبري.
كما أشار إلى حرص الدولة على تعزيز دمج السياحة الثقافية مع السياحة الشاطئية، وذلك من خلال إنشاء شبكة طرق ضخمة وقطارات سريعة بين المحافظات المصرية المختلفة، بالإضافة إلى العمل على ربط البحر الأحمر بوادي النيل على كافة محاوره.
وتطرق الدكتور خالد العناني في أحاديثه إلى خطة الوزارة لتعزيز الترويج السياحي لمصر في الأسواق المختلفة، موضحا الخطة الحالية والمستقبلية للوزارة في هذا الشأن حيث تقوم الوزارة حاليا بإطلاق حملات ترويجية الكترونية علي مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي الخاصة بها، بالإضافة إلى حرصها على تنظيم العديد من الزيارات التعريفية من خلال دعوة واستضافة عدد من أشهر الكتاب السياحيين والمدونين والمؤثرين على مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي المختلفة من كافة دول العالم.
كما تحدث عن حرص الوزارة على تنظيم العديد من الأحداث والفعاليات التي تقوم بدورها بإلقاء الضوء على المقاصد السياحية والأثرية لمصر مثل موكب نقل المومياوات الملكية الذي لفت أنظار العالم أجمع.
وأوضح أنه قبل بداية الخريف هذا العام سوف تطلق الوزارة حملة ترويجية دولية لمصر لمدة ثلاثة سنوات وذلك بعد انتهاء التحالف الدولي الذي تعاقدت معه الوزارة في يناير الماضي لإعداد استراتيجة إعلامية متكاملة، حيث تهدف هذه الحملة إلى الترويج السياحى لمصر بصورة أكبر لجذب المزيد من السائحين إليها.
وفي اجابة عن دور مصر في استعادة آثارها المسروقة والمهربة خارج البلاد، أكد الوزير على حرص مصر الدائم والمستمر على استراد آثارها المسروقة والمهربة خارج البلاد بطرق غير شرعية، وذلك بالتعاون مع وزارة الخارجية المصرية والعديد من الدول، لافتاً إلى إهداء حاكم الشارقة بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة لمصر 425 قطعة أثرية مصرية نادرة من عصور مختلفة تعود لما قبل وبعد الميلاد، كما قامت دولة ألمانيا بتعديل مجموعة من النصوص في التشريعات الألمانية لحماية الممتلكات الثقافية الأجنبية.
وتساءل عدد كبير من ممثلي وسائل الإعلام المختلفة عن موعد افتتاح المتحف المصري الكبير، حيث أكد لهم الوزير على تحديد هذا الموعد لن يكون مرتبطاً بمصر فقط إنما سيكون مرتبطاً بالحالة الصحية في العالم بأكمله حتى يتسنى اختيار التوقيت المناسب للجميع.
ولفت أيضا للحديث عن الفعاليات الأخرى الهامة التي ستنظمها مصر خلال الفترة المقبلة ومنها الاحتفال قريباً بافتتاح العاصمة الإدارية الجديدة، وكذلك مدينة العاملين الجديدة، ومدينة الجلالة.
واختتم الوزير حواراته بتقديم التهنئة لدولة الامارات العربية على التنظيم الجيد لملتقي سوق السياحة والسفر العربي ATM هذا العام، داعياً شعوب العالم بزيارة مصر لأنها الواجهة السياحية المثلي في هذا الوقت بما يتوافر لديها من متطلبات السائح فهي تتمتع مقاصد آمنة مختلفة ومتنوعة وجو وطبيعة خلابة وبنية تحتية سياحية، مؤكدا على أن مصر تفتح ذراعيها لكل شعوب العالم.

Dr. Khaled El Enany, Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, concluded his visit to Dubai, UAE, today to participate in the Arab Tourism and Travel Forum (ATM 2021), which will run from May 16-19, with a series of media interviews with representatives of leading newspapers, channels and Television and Arab and international news agencies, including: Reuters, The Associated Press (AP), Agence France-Presse (AFP), Sky News, Al Arabiya, Dubai One, Arab CNBC, CNN World News, Forbes and others.
During these interviews, the minister stressed on the importance of Egypt’s participation in this forum, which contributes to the tourism promotion of Egypt in the Arab market, which coincides with Egypt’s launch of a promotional campaign in this important market to encourage tourism coming from it, especially in light of the gradual opening of travel in many Arab countries.
He added that this visit is an opportunity to inform the world, especially the Arab world, of what Egypt is doing during the current period to face the repercussions of the COV crisis and highlight the careful precautionary measures it is taking, where the minister reviewed the efforts made by the Egyptian state to support the tourism sector from the repercussions of this crisis to ensure the safety of workers in the sector, citizens and tourists, including measures taken to address this crisis’s precautionary measures and hygiene safety controls, and its keenness to provide vaccination with anti-virus vaccines.
He stressed that Egypt is applying these procedures and controls first-hand in its airports, hotels, resorts, tourist and archaeological places on a regular basis, and the ministry is sending regular inspection committees to ensure the extent of the commitment of these facilities to implement these procedures, pointing out that there are approximately 800 tourist hotels in Egypt that have obtained a hygiene safety certificate.
He talked about the gradual improvement in tourism coming to Egypt, especially since the beginning of this year, where the percentage of tourists coming to Egypt from the countries of the world in April 2021 reached nearly 50% more than in 2019, which confirms the confidence of the countries that received Egypt tourists in the Egyptian tourist destination and that it is a safe and distinct destination throughout the year where Egypt has various tourist offerings where the tourist can enjoy a distinct tourist experience in open places and warm sun and views Natural, picturesque beaches, museums and unique archaeological sites with a commitment to strict hygiene safety controls.
On the dual inter-tourism movement between Egypt and the United Arab Emirates, the minister spoke about the good and close relations between the two countries at the official and public level, hoping that the rates of tourist traffic coming from the UAE to Egypt will increase in the coming period.
Asked about his proposals to overcome the GLOBAL COV pandemic crisis, the minister stressed the importance of formulating clear mechanisms and identifying flexible ways to facilitate the movement of citizens between countries for tourism purposes.
The minister stressed Egypt’s readiness and various tourist destinations to receive tourists from all over the world, and its ability to accommodate the reception of much more tourists than its received, where the Egyptian state is currently preparing a strong tourism infrastructure from the opening of new hotels and tourist resorts, and the establishment of new full tourist cities to be a tourist destination that works throughout the year summer and winter such as The Galala city on the Gulf of Suez, and the Alamein city , in addition to the opening of many museums and major archaeological projects.
He also pointed out the state’s keenness to promote the integration of cultural tourism with beach tourism, through the establishment of a huge network of roads and express trains between the various Egyptian provinces, in addition to working to link the Red Sea to the Nile Valley on all its axes.
Dr. Khaled El-Enany discussed the ministry’s plan to promote tourism to Egypt in various markets, explaining the ministry’s current and future plan in this regard, where the ministry is currently launching digital promotional campaigns on its social media platforms, in addition to its keenness to organize many induction visits through the invitation and hosting of a number of famous tourist writers, bloggers and influencers on various social media platforms from all over the world.
He also spoke about the ministry’s keenness to organize many events that shed light on Egypt’s tourist and archaeological destinations, such as the Pharaohs Golden parade, which caught the attention of the whole world.
He explained that before the beginning of autumn this year, the ministry will launch an international promotional campaign for Egypt for three years after the end of the international alliance contracted by the ministry in January to prepare an integrated media strategy, where this campaign aims to promote tourism to Egypt more to attract more tourists to it.
In response to Egypt’s role in restoring its stolen and smuggled antiquities abroad, the minister stressed Egypt’s constant keenness to recover its stolen and smuggled antiquities abroad illegally, in cooperation with the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and many countries, pointing out that the ruler of Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates dedicated to Egypt 425 rare Egyptian artifacts from different eras dating back to before and after Birth, and Germany amended a set of texts in German legislation to protect foreign cultural property.
