وأوضح السيد عبد الفتاح العاصي مساعد وزير السياحة والآثار للرقابة على المنشآت الفندقية والسياحية أن هذه اللجان رصدت خلال مرورها المفاجئ عدد ٨ منشآت مخالفة للقوانين تعمل رغم صدور قرارات وزارية بالغلق الإداري لها، وتقوم بتشغيل الديسكوهات والملاهي الليلية بها، وعدم الالتزام بالإجراءات الاحترازية وضوابط التشغيل المعتمدة حيث تقوم بالتشغيل بنسب تزيد عن النسب المقررة ويتكدس الرواد بها مما يعد إضرارا بسلامة وأمن مرتادي تلك المنشآت وخاصة في ظل الظروف الراهنة من الموجة الثانية لفيروس كورونا المستجد، ومما يؤثر أيضاً على سمعة مصر السياحية، لافتا إلى أن إصرار مشغلي تلك المنشآت على تكرار المخالفات يعتبر تشجيعا للآخرين من باقي المنشآت على العمل بنفس الأسلوب وهو الذي يؤدي بدوره إلى إحداث خلل بالمنظومة السياحية.
وأشار السيد عبد الفتاح العاصي إلى أنه وفقا لما ينظمه القانون فإنه جاري دراسة قرارات غلق وكذلك إلغاء التراخيص السياحية الصادرة لهذه المنشآت بعد توجيه الانذار لها من قبل.
وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن هذه اللجان مستمرة في المرور المفاجئ على المنشآت لاتخاذ ما يلزم قانونا تجاه المخالف في ضوء قرارات مجلس الوزراء والوزارة في هذا الشأن.
جدير بالذكر أن الوزارة كانت قد أصدرت قرارات الغلق لهذه المنشآت بسبب عدم التزامها بالإجراءات الاحترازية وضوابط السلامة الصحية الخاصة بمواجهة فيروس كورونا المستجد، وكذا لعدم التزامها بضوابط التشغيل المعتمدة، ومواعيد الغلق والفتح المحددة لعمل المنشآت السياحية واستمرار حظر تشغيل الديسكو هات والملاهي الليلية وأي حفلات أو تجمعات في الأماكن المغلقة.
The Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities closes tourist establishments that violate its set operating regulations
The Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities follows up regularly on hotels and tourist facilities to make sure they abide by the regulations set and all administrative decrees issued by the Ministry.
The Hotels and tourist Facilities Supervision Sector sends anonymous committees to make sure restaurants and cafeterias that were closed by administrative decrees for violating regulations are not illegally operating.
Mr. Abdel Fattah Al-Assi, Assistant Minister of Tourism and Antiquities for the Control on Hotels and Tourist Establishments, said that during their visits, the committees found 8 establishments that were operating in violation to the administrative decrees that stipulated their closure, including discos and nightclubs. They didn’t follow the precautionary measures and operated with more than the set occupancy rates, which is threatens the safety and security of their guests, especially in light of the current conditions of the second wave of the Corona Virus. He added that this also has a negative impact on Egypt’s global reputation in tourism.
Mr. Abdel-Fattah Al-Assi said that the aforementioned establishments were given prior warnings and that according to the law, closing and revoking the operating licenses of those establishments is now being studied
These committees will continue those anonymous visits of facilities to take the necessary legal actions towards the violators in light of the decisions of the Council of Ministers and the Ministry in this regard.
It is worth noting that the Ministry had issues closure decrees for those establishments due to their non-compliance with the precautionary measures and hygiene safety regulations set by the ministry to combat Corona virus. In addition to their failure to comply with the approved operating controls and working hours. Discos, nightclubs and any indoor parties or gatherings are still not allowed.
