في إطار الدور الرقابي لوزارة السياحة والآثار وحرصها علي المتابعة المستمرة لالتزام المنشآت الفندقية والسياحية من مطاعم وكافتريات بتطبيق الإجراءات الاحترازية المقررة من مجلس الوزراء والوزارة، قام قطاع الرقابة على المنشآت الفندقية والأنشطة السياحية بالوزارة بإيفاد لجان سرية للمرور على عدد من هذه المنشآت.
وأوضح السيد عبد الفتاح العاصي مساعد وزير السياحة والآثار للرقابة على المنشآت الفندقية والأنشطة السياحية أن هذه اللجان رصدت خلال مرورها المفاجئ عدد ٩ منشآت مخالفة لعدم الالتزام بالإجراءات الاحترازية وضوابط التشغيل المعتمدة منها التشغيل بنسب تزيد عن النسب المقررة مما يؤدى إلى تكدس الرواد بها، بإلاضافة إلى تقديم الشيشة مما يعد إضراراً بسلامة وأمن مرتادي تلك المنشآت وخاصة في ظل أزمة جائحة فيروس كورونا المستجد ومما يؤثر أيضاً على سمعة مصر السياحية، مشيراً إلى أنه وفقا لما ينظمه القانون فإنه جاري استصدار قرارات غلق لهذه المنشآت.
وأضاف الأستاذ عبد الفتاح العاصي أن هذه اللجان ستواصل المرور المفاجئ على المنشآت بصفة مستمرة حتي خلال أيام الأجازات وفترة الأعياد لاتخاذ ما يلزم قانوناً تجاه المخالف في ضوء قرارات مجلس الوزراء والوزارة في هذا الشأن.
The Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities takes measures to close down 9 touristic establishments violating hygiene safety regulations
Within the framework of the supervisory role of the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities and its continuous monitoring of hotels and touristic establishments, including restaurants and cafeterias. To make sure they implement the precautionary measures set by the Egyptian Cabinet and the Ministry, the Ministry’s department for supervision on hotels and touristic establishments and activities dispatched secret committees to
inspect a number of establishments.
Mr. Abdel Fattah Al-Assi, Assistant Minister of Tourism and Antiquities for the supervision of Hotel Establishments and Touristic Activities, said that these committees found 9 establishments violating the set to hygiene Safety measures and operating regulations. This included operating with capacities exceeding the set ones, in addition to providing Shousha (hookah), which is harmful to the health and safety of customers, especially in light of the Coronavirus pandemic. He added that this affects Egypt’s tourism reputation. He explained that according to the laws regulating touristic establishments, the Ministry will issue decrees to close them down.
He added that these committees will continue to inspect establishments on a continuous basis, even during the holidays and the Ministry take all the necessary legal actions against those who violate the set hygiene safety regulations.
