التقت الأستاذة غادة شلبي نائب وزير السياحة والآثار لشئون السياحة بأعضاء الوفد الإعلامي الصربي في نهاية زيارته التعريفية لمصر التي نظمتها لهم وزارة السياحة والآثار متمثلة في الهيئة المصرية العامة للتنشيط السياحي بالتنسيق مع السفارة المصرية في العاصمة الصربية بلجراد خلال الفترة من 28 نوفمبر وحتى 5 ديسمبر 2020.
ويضم الوفد 12 فرداً من كبار الصحفيين ومسئولي الإعلام والمؤثرين على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في صربيا.
وقد حضر اللقاء المستشار عبد المحسن شافعي رئيس الإدارة المركزية للعلاقات الدولية والعامة، وممثلين عن الهيئة المصرية العامة للتنشيط السياحي.
واستهلت الأستاذة غادة شلبي اللقاء بالترحيب بالوفد، لافتة إلى أهمية هذه الزيارة في الترويج السياحي لمصر بالسوق الصربي وإلقاء الضوء على الأنماط السياحية المتنوعة بها ولا سيما في فصل الشتاء حيث أن السائح الصربي يأتي إلى مصر بصورة أكبر في فصل الصيف حيث تعد مدينة الغردقة المقصد السياحي المفضل لدى السائح الصربي.
وتحدثت النائبة عن المقومات المتنوعة للمقصد السياحي المصري والتي تجذب شرائح متنوعة من السائحين حيث يمتاز بالمزج بين السياحة الثقافية والشاطئية.
واستعرضت الأستاذة غادة شلبي الإجراءات الوقائية والاحترازية وضوابط السلامة الصحية التي وضعتها الوزارة بما يضمن سلامة كافة الزائرين والسائحين وجميع العاملين بالقطاع، مؤكدة على حرص الوزارة على متابعة تطبيق هذه الإجراءات بصورة مستمرة، وتطبيق العقوبات الصارمة على المنشآت المخالفة لذلك.
ومن جانبهم، أعرب الوفد الصربي عن سعادته بزيارة المقاصد السياحية المصرية وممارسة العديد من الأنشطة السياحية، مؤكدين على شعورهم بالأمان أثناء وجودهم في مصر لما لمسوه من الاهتمام الكبير بتطبيق الاجراءات الاحترازية والوقائية المتبعة في المناطق والمنشآت السياحية لمواجهة انتشار فيروس كورونا، إلى جانب سعادتهم بالحفاوة والترحيب وحسن الضيافة التي يتميز بها الشعب المصري.
وأشاروا إلى أنهم سيقومون بنقل تجربتهم السياحية التي عايشوها أثناء تواجدهم في مصر من خلال كتاباتهم المختلفة لجذب مزيد من السائحين الصربيين إلى مصر.
جدير بالذكر أن زيارة الوفد الصربي لمصر تأتي في إطار الرحلات التعريفية “Fam Trips” التي تحرص الوزارة ممثلة في الهيئة المصرية العامة للتنشيط السياحي على تنظيمها للترويج للسياحة المصرية وجذب مزيد من الحركة السياحية الوافدة الي المقاصد السياحية المصرية.
وتضمنت الزيارة مدن الغردقة والأقصر والقاهرة والجيزة، حيث زاروا في الغردقة متحف الغردقة والمارينا والمسجد الكبير والكنيسة القبطية، بالإضافة إلى قيامهم برحلة بحرية على أحد اليخوت.
وفي مدينة الأقصر زاروا معابد الكرنك والدير البحري ووداي الملوك وتمثالي ميمنون، وتضمنت زيارة مدينتي القاهرة والجيزة مناطق كل من أهرامات الجيزة، ومصر القديمة، وقلعة صلاح الدين الأيوبي، والمتحف المصري بالتحرير، شارع المعز التاريخي بالقاهرة.
The Vice Minister of Tourism and Antiquities met the Serbian media delegation before their departure from Egypt
Mrs. Ghada Shalaby, Vice Minister of Tourism and Antiquities for Tourism, met with members of the Serbian media delegation at the end of their Fam trip to Egypt organized by the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities represented by the Egyptian General Authority for Tourism Promotion in coordination with the Egyptian Embassy in the Serbian capital Belgrade from November 28 to December 5, 2020.
The delegation includes 12 senior journalists, media officials and social media influencers from Serbia.
The meeting was attended by Counselor Abdel Mohsen Shafei, head of the Central Administration for International and Public Relations, and representatives of the Egyptian General Authority for Tourism Promotion.
Ms. Ghada Shalaby started the meeting by welcoming the delegation, pointing out the importance of this visit in promoting tourism to Egypt in the Serbian market and shedding light on the various tourism products in Egypt, especially in the winter season, even though Serbian tourists come to Egypt more in the summer, as Hurghada is their preferred tourist destination.
The Vice Minister spoke about the various components of the Egyptian tourist destination, which attract various types of tourists, as Egypt is characterized by a mixture of cultural and beach tourism.
Mrs. Ghada Shalaby reviewed the preventive, precautionary measures and health safety controls set by the ministry to ensure the safety of all visitors, tourists and all workers in the sector, stressing the ministry’s support on following up with the implementation of these measures on an ongoing basis, and to apply strict penalties to facilities that violate them.
The Serbian delegation expressed their happiness with visiting Egyptian tourist destinations and engaging in many tourist activities, stressing their feeling of safety while in Egypt because of the great interest they felt in implementing the precautionary and preventive measures followed in the areas and tourist facilities to counter the spread of Corona virus, along with their happiness with the warm welcome and the hospitality of the Egyptian people.
They indicated that they would transfer their tourist experience through their writings to attract more Serbian tourists to Egypt.
It is worth noting that the visit of the Serbian delegation to Egypt comes within the framework of the “Fam Trips” that the ministry, represented by the Egyptian General Authority for Tourism Promotion, is keen to organize to promote Egyptian tourism and attract more tourists to Egyptian tourist destinations.
The visit included the cities of Hurghada, Luxor, Cairo and Giza, where they visited Hurghada Museum, the Marina, the Great Mosque and the Coptic Church, in addition to a cruise on a yacht.
In the city of Luxor, they visited the temples of Karnak, Deir al-Bahari, Valley of the Kings, and the statues of Memnon, and the visit to the cities of Cairo and Giza included the areas of the Giza pyramids, Old Cairo, the Citadel of Salah al-Din al-Ayyubi, the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir, and the historic Muizz Street in Cairo.
