أصدر دولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء قراراً بتشكيل وتنظيم عمل مجلس إدارة هيئة المتحف القومي للحضارة المصرية بالفسطاط، وذلك بعد صدور قانون هذا العام بتنظيم هيئة للمتحف.
وتضمن القرار تشكيل مجلس الإدارة برئاسة الوزير المختص بشئون الآثار، وعضوية كل من الرئيس التنفيذي لهيئة المتحف القومي للحضارة المصرية، والأمين العام للمجلس الأعلى للآثار، والرئيس التنفيذي لهيئة المتحف المصري الكبير، والرئيس التنفيذي للهيئة المصرية العامة للتنشيط السياحي، ورئيس مجلس إدارة الاتحاد المصري للغرف السياحية، ورئيس مجلس إدارة الجهاز القومي للتنسيق الحضاري، و الأستاذ الدكتور احمد زكي بدر وزير التربية و التعليم و التعليم الفني ووزير التنمية المحلية الأسبق، والاستاذ الدكتور خالد فهمي وزير البيئة السابق مستشاري الوزير كل من القانوني، والاقتصادي، والتسويق والدراسات الاستراتيجية، ونائب المشرف العام على هيئة المتحف القومي للحضارة المصرية، والأستاذ الدكتور احمد زكي بدر وزير التربية و التعليم و التعليم الفني ووزير التنمية المحلية الأسبق، والاستاذ الدكتور خالد فهمي وزير البيئة السابق
بالإضافة إلى عدد من رؤساء البنوك، والمسئولين في الدولة، وأساتذة الجامعات المصرية، والخبراء ذات الصلة.
وقد تضمن القرار أن تكون مدة عضوية المجلس عامين قابلة للتجديد لمدد مماثلة، وأن يجتمع المجلس مرة على الأقل كل شهر وكلما دعت الحاجة لذلك بدعوة من رئيسه.
ووفقا لهذا القرار، يتولى رئيس مجلس الإدارة رئاسة الجلسة وإدارة المناقشات، كما يجوز لمجلس الإدارة دعوة من يرى من العاملين بالهيئة أو الخبراء من خارج الهيئة لحضور جلسات المجلس للإدلاء بما يرى المجلس طلبه من بيانات أو إيضاحات بشأن الموضوعات المعروضة دون أن يكون لهم صوت معدود في المداولات.
ويصدر رئيس مجلس إدارة الهيئة قرارا بتشكيل الأمانة الفنية للمجلس من رئيس وعدد كاف من الموظفين، تتولى الأعمال التحضيرية لجلسات المجلس وإعداد جدول الأعمال وملفات المسائل المطروحة.
وبناء عليه، قرر الدكتور خالد العناني وزير السياحة والآثار، عقد أول اجتماع لمجلس إدارة هيئة المتحف القومي للحضارة المصرية بمقر المتحف الأسبوع القادم.

The Prime Minister issued a decree to form a council for the board of directors of the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization in Fustat. This decree follows the issuance of a law this year to organize it.
The decree included the formation of the Board of Directors headed by the Minister in charge of Antiquities Affairs, appointing the head of the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, the Secretary-General of the Supreme Council of Antiquities, the CEO of the Grand Egyptian Museum Authority, the CEO of the Egyptian Tourism Promotion Board, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Egyptian Tourism Federation, The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Organization for Urban Coordination, the Minister’s advisors for legal, economic, marketing and strategic studies, and the Deputy General Supervisor of the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, Prof Ahmed Zaky Badr former Minister of Education and Technical Education, and Local Development, Prof Khaled Fahmy former Minister of Environment, in addition to a number of bank heads, state officials, university professors, and relevant experts.
The decision stipulated that the term of the council’s membership would be two years, renewable for similar periods, and that the council would meet at least once every month and whenever the need arises, at the invitation of its president.
According to this decision, the Chairman of the Board of Directors shall chair the session and moderate the discussions. The Board of Directors may invite whomever it deems fit from the Authority’s employees or experts from outside the council to attend the Board’s sessions to give statements or clarifications that the Board request regarding the topics presented without having a counted vote.
The Chairman of the Authority’s Board of Directors shall issue a decree to form the Technical Secretariat of the Council composed of a Chairman and a sufficient number of employees to undertake the preparatory work for the Board’s sessions and prepare the agenda and files of the issues raised.
Accordingly, Dr. Khaled El Enany, Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, decided to hold the first meeting for the council of the Board of Directors of the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization at the museum headquarters next week.
