خلال الجلسة عرضت اليونيسف تنفيذ التعلم الرقمي على نطاق واسع، مع التركيز المتعمد على الأطفال المهمشين والتغيير على مستوى النظام من خلال جلسة تفاعلية ومختلطة لأصحاب المصلحة المتعددين ترفع صوت ودور بلدان البرنامج والمنفذين والمستخدمين النهائيين.

During the RewirEd Education Summit, Dr. Tarek Shawky, Minister of Education, participated in a panel discussion from UNICEF entitled “Imagining Education: Digital Learning for Every Child by 2030.”
The session’s main goal was to highlight the extent of marginalization of groups (girls, children living in rural areas, children on the move and others) through digital learning solutions, and to demonstrate change at scale by integrating digital learning into education including frontier technology. It also highlights how to establish partnerships between the public and private sectors and with teachers.
Attendees included Mr. Robert Jenkins, Global Director of Education and Adolescent Development at UNICEF, Ms. Niki Abrishamian, Chief of Education for Zimbabwe, Mr. Tajudeen Oyewale, Representative of Zimbabwe at UNICEF, Mr. Olusegun Ogunsanya, Executive Director of Airtel Africa, and Mr. Omar Abdi, Deputy Executive Director for Programs at UNICEF
During the session, UNICEF showcased the implementation of digital learning at scale, with an intentional focus on marginalized children and system-wide change through an interactive and mixed multi-stakeholder session that raises the voice and role of program countries, implementers and end users.
The public participated in the use of digital tools and had direct interaction with the field.
