خلال زيارته لافتتاح وتفقد مشروعات الآثار بعدة مواقع أثرية بمحافظتي قنا والأقصر، استعدادًا لموسم السياحة الشتوي، تفقد وزير السياحة والآثار آخر مستجدات أعمال ترميم صالة الأعمدة الكبرى بمعابد الكرنك ومنطقة وادي الملوك، كما التقى بعدد من المرممين والمرممات هناك.

During his visit to several archaeological sites in the governorates of Qena and Luxor, in preparation for the winter tourism season, the Minister of Tourism and Antiquities inspected the latest developments in the restoration work of the Great Hall of Columns in the Karnak temples and The Valley of the Kings.

The Minister also met with a number of restorers and tourists.
