السيد الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي يستقبل السيد كيرياكوس ميتسوتاكيس، رئيس وزراء اليونان، على هامش القمة

السيد الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي يستقبل السيد “كيرياكوس ميتسوتاكيس”، رئيس وزراء اليونان، على هامش القمة المصرية الأوروبية، حيث تباحث الجانبان في عدد من ملفات التعاون الثنائي، وعلى رأسها الإعلان المشترك حول تأسيس مجلس التعاون رفيع المستوى بين البلدين، والمرتقب توقيعه اليوم، كما تم تناول الأوضاع الإقليمية، حيث أكد الجانبان ضرورة العمل المكثف لإنهاء الكارثة الإنسانية التي يعيشها قطاع غزة والتي تصل إلى حد المجاعة، وذلك من خلال تكثيف الضغوط للتوصل إلى وقف فوري لإطلاق النار.

Today, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi met with Prime Minister of Greece, Kyriakos Mitsotakis, on the sidelines of the Egyptian-European summit.

President El-Sisi and the Greek Prime Minister discussed a multitude of issues pertinent to bilateral cooperation, primarily the joint declaration on the establishment of a High-Level Cooperation Council between the two countries, which is set to be signed today. The talks also focused on the situation in the region. President El-Sisi and Greek Prime Minister, Mitsotakis, underscored the vital imperative for intensified efforts to end the humanitarian catastrophe in the Gaza Strip, which is grappling with acute starvation, by exerting significant pressure to reach an immediate ceasefire.
