افتتح شيخ الأزهر الشريف، ورئيس مجلس الشيوخ ببرلمان كازاخستان، جامع الظاهر بيبرس بعد الانتهاء من مشروع ترميمه، بحضور وزيرا السياحة والآثار والأوقاف، ومحافظ القاهرة، ومفتي الديار المصرية، والمفتي العام لمسلمي كازاخستان.

وقد وجه وزير السياحة والآثار رسالة للشعب الكازاخي بزيارة هذا الصرح العظيم.

The Sheikh of Al-Azhar, and the President of the Senate of the Parliament of Kazakhstan, inaugurated the Al-Zahir Baybars Mosque after completion of its restoration. The inauguration witnessed the presence of the Ministers of Tourism, Antiquities and Endowments, the Governor of Cairo, the Grand Mufti of Egypt, and the Grand Mufti of the Muslims of Kazakhstan.

The Minister of Tourism and Antiquities sent a message to the Kazakh people to visit the great edifice.
