تواصل وزارة السياحة والآثار جهودها الحثيثة بالتعاون مع وزارة الصحة والسكان للانتهاء من تطعيم كافة العاملين بالقطاع السياحي باللقاح المضاد لفيروس كورونا المستجد، في أسرع وقت ممكن، وذلك بمحافظتي البحر الأحمر وجنوب سيناء.
وأوضح السيد عبد الفتاح العاصي، مساعد وزير السياحة والآثار للرقابة على المنشآت الفندقية والأنشطة السياحية، أنه لتسهيل عملية تطعيم العاملين بالقطاع السياحي قامت الوزارة بالتعاون مع وزارة الصحة والسكان وغرفة المنشآت الفندقية بتوفير مراكز للتطعيم داخل بعض المنشآت الفندقية في محافظتي البحر الأحمر وجنوب سيناء، بإلاضافة إلى توفير كافة الخدمات اللازمة للفرق الطبية التي تنتقل للفنادق لتطعيم العاملين، هذا بالإضافة إلى المراكز الطبية الرئيسية للتطعيم الموجودة بالمحافظتين.
كما أشار إلى حرص الوزارة على الحفاظ على صحة العاملين والسائحين والمواطنين، مؤكدا على أن الانتهاء من عمليات تطعيم العاملين بالقطاع السياحي ستمنح ميزة إضافية للسياحة المصرية مما سيزيد من فرص ومعدلات التدفق السياحي وجذب مزيد السياحة الوافدة إلى مصر.
وفي سياق متصل، تستمر وزارة السياحة والآثار بإيفاد لجان سرية للمرور والتفتيش على الفنادق والمطاعم والكافيتريات السياحية على مستوى الجمهورية للتأكد من مدى التزامها بتطبيق الاجراءات الاحترازية وضوابط السلامة الصحية المعتمدة والمقررة من مجلس الوزراء والوزارة.
وأشار السيد عبد الفتاح العاصي إلى أن هذه اللجان خلال عملية المرور والتفتيش تقوم بالتأكد من تطبيق الاشتراطات الصحية بالمطابخ والمخازن والمطاعم والكافيتريات، بالإضافة إلى التأكد من جودة المستوى السياحي للفناق وأنها في حالتها السياحية الجيدة، بالاضافة إلى التأكد من تطبيق أسس النظافة العامة بالفنادق والمطاعم والكافيتريات.
كما أكد على أن الوزارة تحرص على ايفاد هذه الجان بصفة مستمرة في إطار دورها الرقابي وحرصها على ضبط منظومة العمل السياحي، مؤكدا على أنه يتم اتخاذ ما يلزم قانوناً تجاه أى منشأة مخالفة في ضوء قرارات مجلس الوزراء والوزارة في هذا الشأن.
The vaccination of workers in the tourism sector against Coronavirus continues
The Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities continues its efforts in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and Population to complete the vaccination of all workers in the tourism sector with vaccination against Coronavirus, in the Red Sea and South Sinai governorates.
Mr. Abdel Fattah Al-Assi, Assistant Minister of Tourism and Antiquities for the supervision of Hotel Establishments and Touristic Activities, explained that to facilitate the vaccination of workers in the tourism sector, the ministry in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and Population and the Egyptian Hotel Association provided vaccination centers within some hotels in the governorates of the Red Sea and South Sinai, in addition to the main medical centers for vaccination in the two governorates. All necessary services are provided to medical teams that are transferred to hotels to vaccinate workers.
He added that the health workers in the sector, tourists and citizens, is a priority to the Ministry. He added that vaccinating workers in the tourism sector will give an additional advantage to Egyptian tourism, which will increase the opportunities and rates of inbound tourism and attract more tourists to Egypt.
In a related context, the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities continues to send secret inspection committees to hotels, restaurants and tourist cafeterias around Egypt to ensure that all hygiene safety regulations approved and set by the Egyptian Cabinet and the Ministry are implemented.
Mr. Abdel Fattah al-Assi said that during the inspection process, these committees make sure that the hygiene safety regulations are applied in kitchens, stores, restaurants and cafeterias. They also follow up on the quality of the services provided in hotels.
He also stressed that the ministry is keen to send these committees continuously within the framework of its supervisory role and the importance of regulating the work system in the tourism sector. He added that legal actions are taken against any establishment violating the set regulations, in light of the decrees of the Egyptian Cabinet and the Ministry in this regard.
